Rice Pudding

Cooking times listed in recipes are based on stacking, preparing three dishes at once. If you’re preparing a single dish on its own, cook 8-10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick cooking rice 
  • 1 5-oz./140 g can evaporated milk
  • 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning
  • ¼ cup raisins (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in ¾-qt./750 mL Casserole/Cover.
  2. Stack and microwave on high power 15–20 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes. It will thicken as it cools. Serve 4; 1/2 cup portions.
