Cooking times listed in recipes are based on stacking, preparing three dishes at once. If you’re preparing a single dish on its own, cook 8-10 minutes
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup cornmeal
- 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup canola oil
- 1 cup reduced-fat (2%) milk
- In a medium bowl, whisk together ingredients until combined.
- Pour batter into greased ¾-qt./750 mL Casserole/Cover.
- Stack and microwave on high power 15–20 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes. Serve warm.
