Cooking times listed in recipes are based on stacking, preparing three dishes at once. If you’re preparing a single dish on its own, cook 8-10 minutes.
- 1 lb./455 g cauliflower florets, fresh* or frozen
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- Place cauliflower on inverted ¾-qt./750 mL Casserole/Cover.
- Stack and microwave on high power 15–20 minutes. Add shredded cheese and let rest 5 minutes to melt cheese.
Note: Check fresh florets after 10 minutes and continue cooking only if desired tenderness has not been reached.
Serves 4; 1/2 cup portions.
