- 3 cups water
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- ½ tsp. coarse kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (parmesan or cheddar)
- Combine ingredients in 3-Qt./3 L Casserole.
- Stack and microwave on high power 15–20 minutes. Whisk to combine.
